Physician-Led Consultation in Integrated Care
About Us

A practice rooted in care, guided by evidence.

Sidari Consultants exists for the moment a clinical team asks the unglamorous question — how do we actually do this well? — and needs more than a slide deck to answer it.

Dr. Laura Sidari, MD

A board-certified psychiatrist with a decade of expertise in integrated behavioral healthcare, Dr. Sidari founded Sidari Consultants to close the persistent gap between what research recommends and what healthcare teams can sustainably deliver.

With clinical and leadership experience across military, student health, and community care settings, Dr. Sidari is a national leader, educator, and clinically active physician in psychiatric consultation. She brings a rare combination of clinical fluency, systems thinking, and an educator's instinct — meeting clinicians, healthcare leaders, and professional organizations as the experts they are.

Operating principles

What guides the work.

Five commitments shape every engagement — from a one-hour consult to a multi-year implementation partnership.

i.

Evidence-based, never dogmatic.

The research is a foundation, not a script. We apply it with discernment, transparency, and respect for clinical judgment.

ii.

Physician-led, team-centered.

Clinical credibility opens the door — but the team designs the workflow. We listen first.

iii.

Practical over prescriptive.

Real practices have real constraints. Recommendations are calibrated to staffing, payment, and patient population.

iv.

Education that respects expertise.

Clinicians are bright, busy, and skeptical of buzzwords. So is the curriculum.

v.

Equity is a clinical question.

Whose care improves matters as much as whether care improves. Equity is woven into every model we help build.
